Many researchers and industry professionals have aspirations of starting a company based on their research, expertise or other interests.

Once you have a value proposition and decide to build a business, one of the first steps is registering a company. Here, I would like to share the video that I followed when I registered my company.

Please note that I am putting this course together using existing material in the public domain, so that I can demonstrate what a course in Research Trove can look like. Hopefully, it will also help others on their journey towards creating and running their own businesses.
