Summary

I have been developing mixed-integer optimisation models for over 25 years, involving a wide range of applications. Some examples include:

  • Batch chemical plant scheduling
  • Supply chain optimisation
  • Integrated multi-vector energy systems optimisation
  • Net zero planning
  • Siting and planning of hydrogen fuelling stations
  • Project scheduling and allocation

The models that I have developed have been widely cited in the academic literature. In particular, two of the models I developed are being used by the UK Government and a crown research institute in New Zealand to help determine policies on bio-energy and biofuels.

Please check out my journal articles below, which detail the mathematical formulation and implementation of the optimisation models that I developed. I can develop custom optimisation models to solve your specific problem.
